5. Discount to State Agency: 46% off published list price, up to $74,999 list
48% off published list price, $75,000 list and up
6. Minimum Order: $100.00
7. FOB Point: Destination
8. Installation cost: Negotiable between dealer and agency
9. Inside Delivery: 8% of net product cost
