Insurance Program

Retirement/Incentive Plan

Datum also helps to provide employees with the opportunity to plan for their retirement through the 401 (K) plan. Datum’s generous program includes an employer match of 80% on your first 5% of your wages allocated to your 401K plan. Additionally, you can invest up to 15% of your paycheck into your 401K to take advantage of the pre-taxed benefit. Additionally, Datum may elect a discretionary contribution to employees’ accounts on an annual basis. Eligibility begins after one year of service at semi-annual enrollment periods.

Incentive Plan – Based upon the company and departments meeting established goals, quarterly incentive bonuses may be awarded. Bonuses are awarded to employees based upon their performance and contribution level to meeting the company goals. You’re commitment to getting a quality product out the door on time has a direct effect on your ability to earn additional pay for you and your family through this program.
