Pennsylvania American Water Company Condenses File Storage with MobileTrak5® System
During their renovation process, the regional office of the Pennsylvania American Water Company discovered that their current vertical and lateral filing systems required too much floor space. Instead, they decided that they needed to condense their storage and make better use of the space.

Datum supplied the PA American Water Company with 3 different MobileTrak5® Systems, all equipped with 4Post Shelving. Those units consisted of letter and legal depth shelves for storing their letter, legal, and red rope folders, as well as their archival storage boxes.
Result
One of the MobileTrak5® Systems was equipped with file drawers that were manufactured with special divider inserts that created custom sized compartments to hold their job ticket cards. These three specialized systems enabled the water company to organize all of their records more efficiently and using the available floor space more effectively.
