The law firm McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC upgrades with Ez2®.


Unsatisfied with their old rotary filing systems, McNees decided they needed to upgrade their system, improving accessibilty, space efficiency, and user friendliness.

Datum Solution

Datum equipped several floors of the building the law firm occupied with banks of Ez2® Rotary Action Files. They systems were 3 wide and set back to back, providing ample storage space while conserving valuable floor space.

Result

The new Ez2® units were drastically better than their previous rotary filing systems. They didn't include a foot pedal, which saved floor space and eliminated tripping hazards. The new units could also be placed back to back, which the previous units could not. And finally, the posting shelves that were so important to the systems were incorporated into the Ez2® units, meaning the shelves were spaced apart appropriately preventing the posting shelves from snagging on the underlying folders.

The new Ez2® systems conserved valuable floor space and maximized their filing capacity. The Ez2®s were placed back to back, something that wasn't previously possible with the former systems, in order to save more floor space. Pull out reference shelves were built into the Ez2® units, eliminating the snagging of the underlying folders when the shelf is pulled out. McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC choose to install new Ez2® Rotary Action Files to replace their old systems for better efficiency.
