South Middleton Township gets an overhaul on their archival high density storage.
The South Middleton Township municipal building was undergoing renovation of their garage and are converting it into a storage area for their records. Since their current form of bulk rack shelving wasn't giving them what they needed, they decided to go with some high density shelving from Datum.

Datum Solution
The solution was a MobileTrak5® System equipped with legal size 4Post shelving and plan storage. Because of the drastically sloping floors of the former garage drainage system, a special raised platform was built to create a level surface and an ADA compliant ramp was installed for a smooth transition into the system.
Result
The new system, standing over 10 feet tall, gave the municipal building room for their current files, plus plenty of space for future growth. The ramp made the system easily accessible with rolling carts, ladders, and wheelchairs. Overall, the employees at the building were very pleased with the system, the knowledge of the sales representatives, and how easy it was to work with Datum.
